Ziemlich zügig

A train must be assembled from as many as as possible. You move your pawn to the next side of the board and take a tile from one of the stacks there; if you have now as many tiles of that car type as is indicated by the dots on the tile, you add all tiles you your train. Passenger tiles are stacked openly. Tiles with action symbols can be used and then discarded - take another tile, move a tile from one stack to another or move your pawn one more step to the next side. When two stacks are empty, you get a bonus for passenger majorities and win with the longest train.
