Round and square tiles are sorted by shape; the round bed tile is set next to the 7 on the clock; eleven other round tiles are placed next to times when you want to do the depicted action. A square memo tile is turned up - if if corresponds to the image next to Max - at the start next to 7 - you keep the tile, advance Max one step and move the clock by one hour. If not, Max was dawdling, the tile is turned back over and the clock hand advances only by 15 minutes. If Max has dawdled four times, the then active player must take a Sleepyhead tile. WHen Max is back at 7, you win with most memo tiles. When four Sleepyheads have been handed out, all have lost together. Comes with a cooperative variant. In another variant one player secretly selects a time for some actions, the others must guess the time.
