In four rounds, all play simultaneously and each of the four round comprises a set-up phase and an operational phase. In the set-up phase, you lay out the site cards as indicated on the operation cards, the slow burner card shows your crew men that overslept. You place your remaining three crew men on your car and start driving; the car card can only be moved by one finger, placed on the beacon piece. If you are first to have your fire engine aligned correctly next to hydrant and fire, you receive the slow burner card. When all slow burner cards have been taken, you win with most.
