On a turntable, colored stars are hiding under column covers; you remove a cover, take the star underneath, and put it on your board on its icon of the same color. If you have that color already, you put the star back into the bag; then a new one is drawn and put under the cover and move the turntable by one position with the forest animal. If you are first to fill your board, you win.

In a variant, grey starts and forest animal tokens come into play; when the star you uncover fits a star or the background color of your board, you put it there. When the row of stars on your board is full, you move the stars to the area below the row and can fill the row again. Grey stars are placed on the forest animal tokens; if those are all filled, you win with most stars on your board.
