You lay cards out in a row for a street, and then above and below this row in columns to for, buildings for scoring. You place cards to correspond in numbers or colors and replenish your hand from stock. Numbered cards are ruins and begin a building; you add cards to columns by numbers; a ruin turns into a house or a tower. Bi-colored cards are intersections, and you add to them by colors. Completed buildings are removed after scoring. Tornado cards can destroy buildings.
