All players stand or sit in a circle. The youngest player starts the game and presses the tummy of the little piglet, which immediately starts to play some music. Now this player throws the piglet to any other player. If you hold the piglet when the music stops has lost the current round of the game. This player must quit the game. The now youngest player again presses the tummy of the piglet to start a new round and throws the musical piglet at another player of his choice. The last player left in the game wins the game.
