Jungle Brunch

In the guise of animals you look for food, beware of being eaten and decide to eat first or be safe in a group. You hold a deck of 22 animals and draw six of them. Each player holds a deck of 22 animals of a color and draws six of them. In each a jungle is laid out and then players choose two cards from their hand and lay one out open-faced, the other face-down. When all cards are played, face-down cards are revealed. Bats and snakes are resolved first, then animals eat in order of strength. If you play two identical animals you have a group; it is safe from predators and is immune from bats and snakes, but eats more slowly and later.
