Reconstruction of Lisbon after the earthquake of 1755. With the King, the Royal Builder and the Prime Minister you rebuild Lisbon and develop its economy, all to earn wigs. You need plans, staff for the buildings and influence; you trande, acquire Ceric tiles for more power or receive decrees from the Prime Minister. In two periods, you play varying numbers of rounds. As active player, you dock your ship, play a Political card for gold or for one of four actions, either for your portfolio or for the Royal Courts. Two complete sets of rubble owned by one player end the first period, four sets the second, and you win with most wigs after a final scoring.
