The game features 15 cog wheels in red and blue and one golden Top Wheel. Aim of the game is to form a row of cog wheels in a way that the golden wheel turns if you turn your own starting wheel. The golden wheel sits at the top of the triangle, the two starting wheels in the other two corners. In your turn you either place a wheel on the board or relocate one of your wheels. You can place wheels anywhere on the board and after each turn you must turn your starting wheel.
