Quabbl

A somewhat different game about words and images. 100 cards feature 25 terms, twice each as a word and twice each as an image; one word is spelled right to left. In turn, someone is revealer and puts a card open-faced from the stack into the middle. If a pair is on display – two words, two images, or one of each – all try to be first to hit the card that was on display longer. If you are first you take the pair. If you discover a pair that was overlooked, you call Quabbl and take it. If you make a mistake, you are out of the round and must discard two cards you did already win. When the stack is empty, the last winner takes all remaining cards from the table, and you win with most cards.
