Lecker Lava
Fresh hot lava is the favorite food of small dragons, but the grey cold lumps are not so yummy.
The volcano is set up and you take your dragon. If you are active, you roll the die and draws that many lava chips from the bag. Then you put your dragon in front of a lava stream, the other players follow. Then you push the chips you drew into free lava stream openings without a dragon in front. This causes lava chips to fall out of other openings, hopefully directly into the snouts of dragons. When there are not enough chips in the bag anymore, the lava chips in dragons are scored; for each grey lump you must, however, discard your currently most valuable lava chip.
