Visit a Business, make money

Roaring Twenties in USA – making money is the order of the day!  Eight cars are each assigned to a character card and are moved with movement cards across eight business tiles, hopefully on as highly profitable tiles as possible. At the start the cards are randomly distributed on the business tiles and the character cards are displayed. Four money tiles per business are shuffled and stacked facedown, the top one is revealed.

You choose a character and then play one your four movement cards of the round, either openly to move the car of this character – you move the car indicated by the person on the card, regardless of who controls this person - or face-down to swap character cards. The fourth card must be played openly. When the car reaches a business tile with a car already there, the arriving car goes on top of the one already there to form a stack, with special rules. After four cards collect money in the Scheffeln phase: When the car of your current character is alone or on top of a stack at a business you get to top money tile there. Then the movement cards are reshuffled and you get cards for the next round. When, after a Scheffeln Phase, the fourth money tile is gone from a business, you win with most  money.

In the “Speed” variant movement cards are on display, you guess at the final position of a car and take its character card. The expansion “Run” in the game introduces six more movement cards.

A very nice and well-working mixture of luck, tactic and irritation, luck has the advantage due to the movement cards, the stacks provide quite a few surprising results.
