Triqueta

Triqueta is a symbol for the connection of three items, in this case animals. The game features six types of animals, values 6 to 10. Markers begin one row per player, the animal tiles are stacked face down in four towers, one tower per round is the current tower. As active player you draw either an animal tile from the current tower and can either put it openly in a row or keep it dace down, only twice per game, OR you take one row. Tiles of a taken row are sorted by animal.  When the last row has been taken, a round ends and a new tower becomes current tower- After four rounds, you can add your face-down tiles to your open tiles or give the back. Then you score your open tiles by animal type_ 1 or 2 animals of a kind are worth 1 or 2 points, Triquetas without surplus tiles score the value of the animal and Triquetas with surplus tiles score -1-
