The development in Mesopotamia continues, again you develop your people over five epochs, using upgrades and improvements compared to Uruk Wiege der Zivilisation. In your turn you have three action, chosen in any order and number from taking a card, displaying a card or using a card already on display. On top of that you may, as an option, use a card showing the “without action” symbol and, also optionally, place a settlement marker. To display a card you must shed a number of cards equal to the level of the card, including the card itself. Settlement markers are paid for with resources.
