Tweeeet
Three Red Robins and three Bluethroats fly from their starting positions to their nesting grounds. As the flight is rather energy-sapping the birds must eat on the way in order to have enough energy to fly. 20 landscape tiles show meadows, shrubbery and water; water and hexes with other birds cannot be crossed. The shrubbery squares are equipped with food. Your bird always flies to a food item, takes it and you pay for the distance with food, one unit (not piece) per step. Birds of one color are in a team and can – over a maximum distance of 6 steps – agree on tactics. The last landscape tile depicts five different nests. Birds of the same color must target the same nest, when all are home you score for remaining food minus birds that had to drop out due to lack of food, and then after a calculation of an average result the team with the better average wins.
Movement and collecting game with distance costs, for 2-6 players, ages 7+
