Powerboats Expansion 1

Each player captains a power boat; you accelerate, drive or brake with the help of three-sided dice of values 1-2-3. The sum of the numbers rolled is the speed, the boat moves in a straight line and can be turned by 60 degrees at the start of a turn. In each round you can add a die or reduce by one die and you can re-roll dice. If you have rounded all buoys between the islands and reach the finish first, you win the race; the score is number of players minus 1 for the winner, and then one point less for each position. In two more races you score double and triple points, and then you win the game with most points.

The expansion introduces new tiles - 2x Redoubt, 23x Maelstrom, 2x Current and 1x Low Water
