For each of three rounds a template card is chosen; you are dealt seven random persons and draft - take on card, hand on the rest - until you have assembled your government. Then your selection is scored in relation to the template, you take penalty points for missing offices or maybe score a point if you have a female member in your government. There are six different game modes = templates
