Illico
Illico is a game on words, or, to be more exact, on congruencies between words or generic terms for two words or phrases fitting two words/terms: Two teams face each other and agree on a number between 1 and 12 for the valid line on cards for this game. The active team draws a card, the other team turns over the sand timer. The line names two terms and the active team must now find and a term or a phrase that fits both terms and hold up the card so that the opposing team can check the solution on the back side of the card. When the answer is correct, the other team draws a card, etc. The team not holding a card when the timer runs out wins this round. A joker is used for the first letter of the answer or a new card. The first team that wins three such rounds also wins the game.
