Subdivision

Based on Suburbia, but each player now has his own Region in which to create the optimum situation with zones for housing, business, industry and administration as well as optimum balance of improvements and demands. In each round you take five tiles from the zone stack, the zone dice is rolled an all place a tile from hand into a corresponding parcel or in the middle, if free, or you pay 2$ for placement anywhere or you do not place a tile and take 2$. Then you activate tiles adjacent to the one just placed and place the respective improvements. After four rounds you score tile positions in relation to park, lake, road or school as well as sidewalks and also money and uncovered +parcels.
