Move & Twist

Little lady birds want to crawl up the flower stems to the flower itself. Players assist with crawl and flight exercises and lay out a flower made up from mastered exercise cards. At the start of the game you decide on a number of stems for the flowers. You draw a card - first stems and then a flower card - and execute the exercise: You must stack lady birds, snip them or balance them on parts of your body, throw and catch them or move with lady birds sitting on parts of your body etc. For some of the exercises you have more than one try. If you succeed, you add the card to your flower. If you are first to complete your flower, you win.
