Small Star Empires

Four different races have discovered interstellar travel and want to set up their empires among the stars. You move your ships over a map of hex systems; systems that you enter are colonized by placing a colony or a trade post and thus controlled. If you cannot move any of your ships, you must pass your turn till the end of the game. When all have passed or all have placed all their colonies and trade posts, you score systems thaqt you control and win with most points. Several variants are listed.
