Card City XL Crime
Supplement for Card City XL Crime, including eight Crime Cards and 4 Police Cards, created during the development of Pulp Detective. After preparing the deck for a game of Card City XL, you add two Crime cards per player, shuffle the deck and set aside two random cards. Then there are special rules featuring Crime cards or Police cards for each of the Phases of Acquisition of New Building, Construction, Development, Revenue and End of Turn. There are also new victory conditions and variants.
