Critters Below

Threatened creatures survive in the underground, using limited resources. After each round a vote is taken on opening the bunkers. If yes, and it is peaceful outside, all win together. IF not, all are hurt and must keep playing. You can cooperate, but need not, you can win alone. In a turn, you have one of  three actions - if you reveal a card, you must resolve it; you can share information on cards. You continually receive condition cards and must draw such a card from your hand at the end of your turn and resolve it.
