Double-sided piranha cards show varying numbers of piranhas; the piranhas on front and back of the cards have different colors. In a turn you place a card any side up on the table and then turn over all other cards showing piranhas of that color. If then there are ten or more piranhas of one color, this group attacks; if not, nothing happens and your turn ends. In case of an attack, you discard plaster chips in relation to the number of attacking piranhas and then remove all cards showing attacking piranhas from the display. If someone is out of chips, the game ends and you win with most remaining plaster chips. A cooperative variant is included.
