Artus
… and the Knights of the Round Table
Players represent Knights at King Arthur’s Court and try to enhance their rank and prestige by placing them near to the king and also by completing tasks. Players have Knight cards, King cards and Scoring cards, those are only used in the advanced game. At the start all players place their knights. Then you play one card per round, implement the action and draw a card from one of your stacks. Actions are move a knight, move prince or king or place a ring on a prince, a prince with 3 rings becomes the new king. Moving a knight or a prince earns or loses you prestige points. Pieces on occupied spaces are chased off by new arrivals. After 16 rounds the player with the highest prestige wins.
