Players renovate their villas in the Californian hills, redecorate them and hope for house warming gifts from curious neighbours. In his turn a player takes a coin or buys a tile and places it at once into the villa, the price depends on the number of coins in the bank. There are redecorated rooms in 6 colours, furniture for bonus cards and gifts, and attic expansions. Two guests present at the same time bring one gift, combinations of items bonus cards. Credit is possible, at the end of day 12 the player with the highest score from gifts, bonus cards and occupied spaces wins the game.
