Cacao Goldener Tempel

Another module to expand Cacao. The rules for Cacao apply, those changes are implemented: The Golden Temple replaces one jungle tile Temple and is shuffled together with the remaining temple tiles and stacked. At the end of the game you score the Golden temple with the other temples - first place in the Golden Temple gives you eight gold, the second place gives you one gold; otherwise, the rules for scoring temples apply.
