Rivalry over power within the Roman empire - assisted by patrons, you need to generate income, construct buildings and support military actions to enlarge your influence, be politically potent and generate respect from the population. You place workers who have values. You begin with five, but will have different ones according to previous decisions. In Phase I, you place workers for actions, in Phase II you retrieve workers, but usually different ones from those you placed.
