Robber Barons

The game is played either on a map of Germany or the USA, each segment of the game has 3 rounds, in each round each player has exactly one action. At the beginning of the segment new Route Cards are placed and the Available Pawns are laid out. In each round a player must either take a Route Card (once) or place an Available Pawn (twice), then the turn order is reset, the player with the fewest victory points go first. Victory points are scored for taking a Route Card and for placing pawns, pawns score for placement, Route Card Enhancement or Networking.

If a player tops 100 victory points at the end of a segment, the player with the most victory points wins the game.
