Simulation of the military, economic and political rivalries of the
major European powers in the 18th century. The game consists of three major periods,
called wars. Alliances are reformed at the start of each new war,
a war consists of five or six rounds. In each round a player may perform two
actions. Actions are buy a tile, build one unit, move two units, make one
attack, colonize or enslave or pass. At the end of each war victory points are
scored according to the relative number of control tokens in each area. Money
