After the Great Fire of 1666 London is re-built. For each district there are different costs, victory point values and number of cards drawn after constructing a building. The cards are allocated to three eras and relate to society, science, politics and economy and are governed by costs, effects and victory points at the end. You draw a card and can then display cards on the table at cost or erect a building or administrate by activating cards in the display which causes you to take or discard poverty markers. The optimum combination of cards will earn you the most victory points.
