The winner ist
the player who first gains the majority in chips on four adjacent squares in
any direction, horizontal, vertical or diagonal. If nobody manages that within
20 rounds the player who owns the most valuable squares wins the game. In his
move a player must place a chip if possible by playing up to four cards and
placing the chip on the total value of all cards. Several chips of different
players are allowed on a square, one can place a chip if one has the same
amount or only one less than the player with the majority in this square. The
winner of the square places a chip in the big number spot in the square.
