Conflict of Heroes Awakening the Bear: Operation Barbarossa 1941

This is a simulation of the Russian Campaign 1941-1942 for up to four players, with options to learn historical tactics. The game is designed to be the first in a series that wants to simulate conflicts from WWii up to today using the same basic set of rules. At the start of the game you choose a battle and set up the scenario, then you play in rounds: Deactivate used units, smoke, re-set BAPs, actions cards, determine targets, use artillery, prepare support, roll for initiative. Finesse is introduced by the action card, height differences on the board, smoke, grenade launchers and the different kinds of movement, fortifications and obstacles.
