Cité

A city is developing and players should assist in this development while ensuring their own commercial success. At the start of the game each player has the monopoly for one resource and holds the corresponding building cards. You are assigned a district and may only build in this district. The first round is a building round using 7 spaces of the district. In round 2 to 7 the phases are production, negotiation and construction. The rules suggest that you play a minimum of 3 basic games before you try the normal game or use the advanced rules.
