Media Rivalry
In the Business Phase each player has 2 actions after
drawing media cards, he has a choice between start up
a Media Outlet, Draw a Media ard, Invest in a Media
Outlet, or Confirm an advertising contract. In the Media phase per continent 5
Patrons are gained, 1 each from Best media group, best television, best radio,
best newspaper and second best media group – to qualify the media outlets must
a minimum content. A player in the contest can play any number of media cards. In
the Advertising Phase media cards are turned up and the fulfilling of contracts
is checked. In the Boredom Phase one looses Patrons as indicated on the turn
track and then the Leading Mogule advances one spot
on the turn track. When the card deck has been depleted, the player with the
highest Media value wins.
