The abstrakt position game
means to simulate population development on an South Sea
Island. A move has – depending
on the phase in the game – one, two and finally three actions: Settling phase –
players in turn place a piece on a free spot, if
possible with lots of free space around. Culture Phase – the player moves a
piece onto a neighboring spot and places a die base
on the vacated spot and rolls one of the dies and puts it on the base. Population
pressure: The player rolls the pink die and has to remove a corresponding die
from one of the bases or he removes an empty base. A player that cannot make a
move is out of the game. In a 3-player-game on can add negotiation and
temporary alliances.
