Mau Mau in all it’s variants from Uno to Rage still is one of the best
liked card games and also easily playable for children, this version brings
Emmi The Mouse into play. She is pictured on each card, which are easily recognisable
for children, the value of the card is also shown in the pattern of dots on the
dress of Emmi the Mouse. The rules of the game are easy and well known: Each
child gets 6 cards, the rest is put down as a draw pile. Each player in turn
puts down a card, if a player cannot put a card down he has to draw one from
the pile. Cards played must have either the same colour or the same value as
the card previously played. The special cards allow change in direction of play
or change in colour or force a player to take two cards or to miss a turn or
offer a joker. The first child to get rid of all its cards wins the game.
