Ozeanien
One or two
players explore the islands of Oceania,
starting on the border squares of the board. The active player chooses a
starting tile, which must have a common border with at least one undiscovered
square, and places the ship on this tile. Then he draws a tile and tries to
place, land must border land, water must border water – if the tile does not
fit the move ends. If the tile fits and shows land, the player can place one or
more explorers on the land part. When all squares are explored or all tiles are
used up, all completed islands are scored.
The player with the majority on an island receives points equalling the
number of tiles in the island, unused tiles in front of the player count -2
each, the player with the highest score wins.
