The Boss

In several rounds you play cards and player receive more information with each cards on what loot or sanctions they can expect to find in cities they control by majorities. If you have the most gang members in a city you either receive the loot or have to implement the sanctions. If you go to Chigcago you must switch places with the Boss, Al Capone. The game is a mixture of bluff and deduction; in each round you can, if you want to, place gansters in a town and must choose one of your city cards and discard it. Gangsters that have been placed cannot be taken back and cannot be relocated. If you have most money after the last round, you win!
