Spring of
1942, Pearl Harbour, France is occupied and the US enterst
he war, two players or teams either play the axis powers Germany and Japan, or the
Allied Powers England, USA and UdSSR. Victory
conditions depend on the l
duration
of the game, the player controlling 8, 10 or 12 cities at the end of a round
wins the game. Sequence of play is Russia,
Germany, England, Japan
and USA.
Each player has 7 actions in his turn: Develop arms, buy units, conflict
movement, conflict, movement, mobilise new units (sunken submarines reappear,
damaged battleships are repaired), receive income. All actions are can do –
possibilities. Attack alone is not enough, players
must also deploy economic thinking to win.
