Res Arcana
Alchemist mages rival for control of ancient monuments and sites of power. You use magical essences and items to make artifacts, use their abilities and to control dragons. In a round, you resolve revenue advantages, take an essence and then take turns for one action each until all have passed. Action options are: Play artifact – claim monument or site of power – discard artifact for gold or essences – use ability – pass. If you pass, you exchange your magical item. If someone has 10 or more victory points, you win with most; in case of a tie you win with most essences in stock. Variants: Drafting of artifacts and Duel for two players.
