You assemble your bouquet to score at the Festial, present tulips to other players for instant points and place tulips at the festival to vote for the winning type of tulips. In your turn you draw a tulip card and do an action, then you draw a second tulip card and do another action. Action Bouquet – you place the card open-faced into your display; action Gift – you place the card into another player’s display; action Festival – you either place the card openly at the Festival and adjust the cards and track markers accordingly, or place the card face down into the secret festival deck. When the draw pile is empty, the secret festival stack is placed at the festival, Festival cards and tracks are adjusted, and the game is scored.
