Pick A Pen Gärten

 

On a sheet in on of three difficulty levels, you try to mark gardens, use dice in the shape of a pencil and decide on color and possible combinations. All use a sheet of the same level and take turns. You roll the pencil dice, take one, name color and value and mark a corresponding number of slots on the sheet. Then in turn all other players take a pencil and mark until there is no pencil left and the next player must roll all five pencils again. Rules for marking: Each slot only once, newly marked slots must be connected; new groups must border at least one slot of group already marked; if you cannot mark all slots of your choice you cannot mark any slot and must mark a pencil symbol for penalty points. Completely marked gardens score points for one color or all five colors in a garden, or for meeting other conditions. If someone scores for a condition marked with a red exclamation mark, all sum their points and penalty points and you win with most points.
