Factory 42
Semi-cooperative game about dwarves, negotiation and production in the steampunk setting of Zanziar. Players are Overseers of Factory 42; you manage workers and Commissars to overcome bureaucracy and ensure production to meet orders. Victory points com from meeting orders, incomplete government orders cause penalties; at the end of the game you earn victory points for rosettes, inventions and best achievements in several categories: General game flow: Receive work orders - Receive requisitioned resources - load resources on railcars - transfer railcars to docks at individual manufacturing facilities - burn leftover resources to generate steam - use steam and resources to manufacture requested items. Special commissions come from the Elven Embassy and the Inventor’s Guild provides upgrades for your processes.
