Karesansui The Rock Garden
Rock gardens must be tended. At the start of a round you form player number minus one rock heaps by drawing stones from the bag up to total value of minimum 6; then all use stones from their garden to to bid for heaps; to top a bid, you either place a lower total value or the same value from fewer rocks. Then take your heap(s) or, if you passed, a demerit card and a rock from the bag. Now you discard forbidden sets and take a demerit card of the formation. With the last demerit card taken or the black rock drawn from the bag, the game ends and you win with fewest points on your demerit cards.
