What’s He Building In There?
You build a Doomsday Machine and, as you are hunted by Scotland Yard, also an Escape Plan. You use your doctor and three henchmen to acquire gold and resources, to visit the black market, to make a laboratory and manual labor available as well as improving the social standing of your doctor and inventing things. You have 15 rounds to complete your projects and can win additional points from social adaptation, eccentricity, security and inventions. Part II of the Evil Doctor Trilogy.
