Opening day for a new restaurant, but the Head Chef has not yet been hired. As contenders for the job you collect ingredients, in real-time, for dishes on order-cards placed on table-boards. All search for suitable ingredients in the pile - with one hand only, turning over the tile over your play-zone, then putting it on your board or putting it back open-faced. Ingredients placed on your board cannot be relocated- If you collected the necessary ingredients, you mark the stack on your board and a plate on the order card. If you have filled the minimum necessary number of orders, you can call for end of the round - after one more minute, the order-cards on table boards are scored.
