All valuation markers are either in position “available companies not yet founded” or in “companies available at Tech Level 3”; the game begins with a stock round; in turn order, a player can sell and buy stock. Then come two business rounds, you can discard old Capital equipment and buy new one, you can build tracks. Then gross and net income are determined with operating costs. Profitable companies can pay out dividends; for both profitable and unprofitable companies, the share value is adjusted.
