Age of Steam: Finland
Two Zones, Russia and Sweden. No track building from the Zones, building into the zones, comprises a Completed Railroad Link. Two Public lines from Espoo and Vantaa to Helsinki. Using those for transport costs you a locomotive link and gives no income increase. At the start, Russia accepts goods of all colors, when Russia is empty of goods, it does not accept deliveries. If you enter “4 Links”, you make five goods in Sweden available and Swede accepts goods of all colors while goods are available from Sweden.
