The Dome
After a nuclear cataclysm the „C-Particle“ has been discovered, a particle that can be used for anything you like; as a player you can manipulate those particles and want to prevail over other manipulators or enhance your abilities. After setting up the game you play in turns: For “Start” you resolve all effects for that period, in some cases also your opponent; then you spend your action points for actions, one point per action, options are Download, Resource Distribution, Installation and Cracking Then you „Arrange“ with untapping of exhausted cards and then „Finish“ with resolving all effects for that phase. If you are down to 0 HO or must draw a card and have none left, you lose. In a game for 3 or four players one player plays the Mastermind, the others cooperate against him.
